How do I update my bank account for deposits?
To update your current bank account on-file with VizyPay, please send a copy of the new business voided check to your account manager and notify them of the bank change. Additionally, please sign and fill out the attached form below which gives the processor permission to change the banking information. All bank change forms must be signed by the authorized signor of the original application!

How long does the banking information take to update?
Upon a VizyPay representative receiving all of the above information needed to make the switch, the typical changeover takes between 3-5 business days. Your account manager will notify you once the information has been updated.
Is there a cost to switch my bank account information?
The backend processor charges a $25 fee per bank change. This is a pass-through fee that VizyPay simply passes to the merchant at cost.
