How to Refund a Transaction

To refund a transaction using the VizyPOS app, please follow the steps listed below.

How to Refund a Transaction

1. Open the register screen on your VizyPOS app
2. Enter the amount to be refunded to the customer and select refund
   1. Select cash to refund the amount via cash
   2. Select card to issue the refund amount onto a customer's card
3. Tap yes or no to confirm the refund amount once the refund tender method is selected 
   1. Insert, tap, or swipe the card to issue the refund onto the customer's card
4. A receipt will print once the refund via cash or card has been completed
