How to Enable Tips and Create Custom Suggested Tip Percentages

If you are enabling tips for the first time, we recommend contacting VizyPay support by calling 1-855-999-4142 or emailing [e-mail] to ensure tip settings are turned on successfully.

How to Enable Tips and Suggested Tip Percentages

1. Open the VizyPOS app and tap the menu icon in the upper lefthand corner of the screen (three horizontal lines), and select settings
2. Select tip settings and tap the checkbox next to tip enable to enable tips on your device
3. If desired, tap the check boxes next to tip suggestion % to enable tip suggestions on the screen during a sale
   1. Users can enter up to three custom percentages that will be listed as suggestions on the screen for customers to choose from during a transaction
4. To enable tips during a sale, tap the checkbox next to tip in transaction
   1. Please Note: This feature is required for users set up to auto batch.

How to Create Custom Tip Suggestions

1. Open the VizyPOS app and tap the menu icon in the upper lefthand corner of the screen (three horizontal lines), and select settings
2. Go to tip settings and ensure tip enable, and tip suggestion % are both turned on
3. Enter the desired custom tip percentages in the tip percentage % fields that will be displayed on the screen for customers to choose from during a transaction
4. Tip settings will automatically save after updating
