How to Batch Out Using Another App (Settling Batches Outside of VizyPOS)
- Depending on the processing platform you're set up on, open Rapid Connect or Omaha BroadPOS app on your device. The steps below will work for both apps.
- Select function and tap batch
- If prompted, enter the current date in an XX/XX/XXXX format as the password
- Confirm that you'd like to close the open batch
- Reopen the VizyPOS app and ensure all transactions within the batch have been closed out and displayed as 0
Please Note: Batching out with another app besides VizyPOS is not recommended, as this can cause problems with reporting accuracy. This should only be done at the request of VizyPay's support team.
