Updating banking information on your account requires ONE of the following:
1. A VOIDED check of the NEW account with account information PRINTED. It must have the exact IRS or business name on record. For security reasons, temporary checks with hand written information cannot be accepted.
2. An official Bank Letter with clear wording stating the account/routing number, and that the account is open, active and able to receive incoming debits/deposits. It must have the exact IRS or business name on record.
Only the documents listed above will be accepted. Please send either of these items to Support@VizyPay.com or you can fax them to 1-800-972-6302 indicating that you need to update your banking info.
We will respond with a form that will require your signature. You can return that form to Support@VizyPay.com or you can fax it to 1-800-972-6302.
There is a $15 Administrative Fee to process bank changes, billed directly to your account.
Upon receipt of your signature confirmation, your bank change will typically take effect in 1-2 business days.
Please do not close your old account until the update is complete to avoid any funding disruption!
