First thing you will want to check, is if the device has an open batch. If so, batch it out.
Then, you can always try a power cycle to see picks up the download. If not, proceed to the steps below:
Press MENU on Pax S80s, S500s, D210s and S920s (F + 1 ON Pax S300S)
Select SYSTEM SETTINGS
Select APP MANAGEMENT
Password is current date (MM/DD/YYYY)
Select ACTIVATE
Then press RED BUTTON one time
Select APP UPDATE
Terminal should then begin download.
If terminal does not begin download - try clearing database:
Select MENU
Select SYSTEM SETTINGS
Select DATABASE
Select CLEAR DATABASE
Confirm the clear database.
Then try download steps again.
If terminal still doesn't pick up the download, try a TMS Update: TMS Error
